Master planning net change

Import the xpo file for this project into version 3- SP3 system. 

Do your users complain that the system is very slow while net change is running for master planning.

The attached xpo file might help you with this problem.

The tts scope is reduced to process netRequirementsUpdate per item. This will save a lot of resources on the database. 

(it is quite ok that in case the process crashes, the transactions for the previous items are not rolled back).
